Scott Hollo brings a strong foundation in finance and client service to his role as an Agent at Sawyer Insurance. With seven years of experience in banking and an additional five years in mortgage recruiting, Scott has honed his expertise in understanding clients’ financial needs and providing tailored solutions. In the past year, he has transitioned seamlessly into insurance, where he focuses on helping individuals and businesses in the Lake Norman area secure comprehensive personal, commercial, and life coverage with the same dedication and professionalism that defined his earlier career.

Rebecca Lacy brings a wealth of client service experience to her role at Sawyer Insurance, where she serves as the welcoming face in our lobby and the friendly voice you’ll likely hear first when calling our office. Though new to the insurance industry, Rebecca is no stranger to helping people, drawing on 15 years of dedicated service in the banking sector to provide attentive, personalized support. Her warm approach and commitment to client satisfaction make her an invaluable part of the Sawyer Insurance team, ensuring every interaction starts with care and professionalism.

Carla Moose is a seasoned insurance agent with 20 years of experience, specializing in life, health, property and casualty insurance. She is passionate about helping clients safeguard their families, dreams, and assets by delivering thoughtful, customized insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs. Outside of the office, Carla enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and cherishing time with her grandchildren, Hazel and Mason.

Sydney Sawyer is a third-generation insurance agent proudly carrying forward her family’s legacy of trusted service at Sawyer Insurance. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte in 2024, she transitioned from part-time to full-time, bringing fresh energy and a strong educational foundation to the team. While in school, Sydney gained valuable experience working at Sawyer Insurance, earned her real estate license, and upon graduation became a fully licensed insurance agent dedicated to helping clients in the Lake Norman area protect their homes, assets, and futures with personalized coverage solutions.

Nicole Traylor serves as our dedicated Personal Lines Manager, overseeing the agency’s personal insurance portfolio with a keen focus on client protection and value. She conducts thorough reviews of each client’s coverage to ensure policies remain current, providing appropriate liability limits and cost-effective solutions for home, auto, recreational vehicles, and other personal needs, while also managing life insurance for individuals and families.

Robin Wally serves as the Office Manager for Sawyer Insurance bringing more than 33 years of insurance industry experience to her leadership role. She joined the Sawyer team in 2005 and has since become an integral part of our operations. In addition to overseeing metrics, vendor relationships, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance, Robin ensures that the office runs efficiently while maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.

Brett Sawyer is a second-generation insurance agent and co-owner of Sawyer Insurance and Financial Services, proudly continuing his family’s legacy of exceptional service in the Lake Norman area since 1974. As a lifelong Mooresville resident and dedicated community supporter, he brings deep local knowledge and a commitment to personalized care for every client. Brett specializes in personal lines, commercial coverage, and life insurance, helping families and businesses protect what matters most with tailored solutions and competitive options.

Vickie Sawyer is Co-Owner of Sawyer Insurance and Financial Services, where she oversees operations as a licensed insurance agent with over 25 years of experience in the field. Additionally, she holds licenses as a North Carolina General Contractor and serves as a North Carolina State Senator. Together with her husband Brett, she has grown the agency into a trusted provider for the Lake Norman community since 2002.
