Meet Our Staff

Robin is the office manager for Sawyer’s two locations. She has been an insurance agent for over 33 years. She joined our group in 2005 prior to working with other agencies in the Mooresville area. Robin manages metrics, vendor management, and employee engagement, and she ensures the office is compliant with regulatory requirements.

Nicole manages our portfolio’s personal lines. She reviews every client’s portfolio to ensure they are up to date with appropriate liability and cost-effective coverages for home, auto, recreational, and other services. Nicole also manages life coverages for individuals and households. Prior to joining Sawyer Insurance in 2013, Nicole was an agent at a local insurance firm for 7 years. She also enjoyed a successful career in banking for 14 years.

Sherrie joined Sawyer Insurance in 2016, bringing with her 15 years of multi-line insurance experience. Her responsibilities include reviewing a potential client’s current insurance coverages, then proposing a comprehensive, cost-effective plan with our agency’s broad and viable options. Prior to her insurance career, Sherrie worked in the medical field for 12 years.

Dawn has been with Sawyer Insurance as a project coordinator since 2016. Her responsibilities include marketing/advertising, facility management, and supply management. Prior to joining Sawyer Insurance, she retired from 26 years in banking.

Justin has been an agent for 13 years. Prior to joining our team in 2016, he worked for a local insurance agency managing all lines of insurance. At Sawyer, Justin focuses on home, auto, commercial, and life policies.

Joe Kaczmar joined the Sawyer Insurance team in August, 2022. He has 27 years of experience in property, casualty, and life insurance. Joe is a native of New York, and now lives in Mooresville with his wife and two daughters.
